Covestic is currently looking for a Practice Leader to lead our IT service management organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading and implementing both ITIL and MOF for Fortune 1000 clients.
The ideal candidate will provide technical and management leadership for the practice as well as delivery of in-depth expertise to our clients. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a common vision across your practice, as well as ensuring a consistent level of business operations, direction, growth, while providing a key personal link between Covestic Inc. and senior client management. This candidate will have demonstrated the ability to build and manage a small to medium size team of ‘A’ level consultants to completion in several successful engagements while cross functionally working with other practices to package services. Must have a minimum of 10+ years experience in service management (ITIL and MOF) with significant experience in large enterprises to include; ITIL Masters certification, a track record of publishing white papers, articles and executing speaking engagements and consulting practice leadership. Position is located in Kirkland, Washington
Required qualifications:
‘ Specific experience in IT operations infrastructure leadership development and improvement within large enterprises. This includes process, organizations, and enabling technology
‘ 10 years of proven experience in leading consulting resources within key accounts and geographic regions
‘ Strong quality management (TQM, Six Sigma) and business process engineering skills
‘ ITIL Managers (Master) level certification
‘ Six Sigma Black Belt certification
‘ Ability to conceive and communicate highly technical solutions and establish a relationship of confidence with client executives
‘ Experience leading key infrastructure initiatives aimed at developing our resources and maintaining profitability, including training, recruiting, resource management and sales/marketing support.
‘ Deep knowledge of IT consulting operations. Ideally from a Big-5 background.
‘ Technology metrics and scorecard implementation
‘ Enterprise management implementation experience
‘ Experience in solution selling
‘ Being commercially aware and able to support business development accordingly
