A hypothetical question !

Do we refer to “Kitchen Sink Syndrome” in ITIL/ITSM frame work?.

If yes - Has anybody encountered the situation and how did we deal with using ITIL/ITSM knowledge.

If no - is this out of scope of ITIL framework?

Thoughts, Cirtique, explaination will be taken in +ve stride, would not be offended even if anybody says this is a stupid question.

I m not able to understand stev’s reply. Kitchen sink syndrome is supposed to be “scope creep” in PM which happens when the scope is not properly documented and controlled. How is “professional writing” related??? :/?
