Hi All,

I apologize for the very “green” question, but I started working for a midsize helpdesk (around 20 people) and about 10,000+ people to support. We use ITSM and I am wondering if it is possible to create templates for Incidents. For example if someone calls in with a password reset request is there a way for me to make a template so all I have to fill out is the users name? (It is ITSM verision 6)

Thanks in advance

Trish

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii,

This paper discusses the processes and methods to define, characterize, and orient data within the storage technology hierarchy. In addition, it addresses various and necessary data usage and profile characteristics to effectively manage data and storage with an IT service management perspective.

Hi Trish,
can you tell us if you ever resolved this issue and if so, can you tell us exactly what you did?
